"Originally from Cincinnati, I returned to the area over 15 years ago after earning my bachelor’s degree from Ozark Christian College in 2010. Since 2012, I have been committed to walking alongside clients in private practice, helping them navigate growth, healing, and the complexities of life with clarity and purpose.

I bring extensive training and experience to my work, including a Master’s in Counseling from Cincinnati Christian University and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Liberty University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Ohio and Kentucky, a certified EMDR clinician, and also trained in Brainspotting and HeartMath. My clinical work spans grief, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, PTSD, and developmental trauma.

My approach is grounded, high-energy, and direct. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely known, while also being challenged toward meaningful growth. I value honesty, curiosity, and momentum in the therapy process, and I work collaboratively with clients to identify what is getting in the way and how to move through it in a way that feels both practical and sustainable.

I believe therapy should be both supportive and effective. Together, we will work to build insight, increase emotional awareness, and develop strategies that align with your goals and values.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, baking, and exploring local coffee shops around Cincinnati."
